Strength of Body and Mind with Kino MacGregor

February 5 - 7, 2027

Kino MacGregor is one of the most widely recognized yoga teachers in the world, and one of the busiest — she teaches internationally most of the year, with only a handful of US workshops outside her home base in Miami. She's spent more than 25 years immersed in Ashtanga Yoga, building a depth of knowledge that spans the physical practice and the philosophy behind it. She has a gift for making even the most intimidating postures and ideas feel accessible, without watering the practice down.

We're incredibly lucky to have her in Birmingham. Whether you've been practicing for twenty years or twenty days, this is a chance to be in the room with someone who has shaped how thousands of people understand this practice, and to be reminded why we all keep showing up to the mat in the first place.

Registration is currently open for the entire weekend. Individual sessions may open closer to the event date, if space is available.
